“Minggu ini kemungkinan akan melakukan pelimpahan tahap pertama kasus pencemaran nama baik yang diajukan saudara AD ke Kejati Jatim,' kata Kabid Humas Polda Jatim Kombes Frans Barung Mangera di Mapolda Jatim.
Sebelumnya, Ahmad Dhani ditetapkan sebagai tersangka oleh Polda Jatim dalam kasus pencemaran nama baik. Di mana dalam sebuah video yang sempat viral, dirinya menyebut 'idiot'.(ztm)
