During the Manifesto Consultation process, Rahul Gandhi talked about his vision and mission towards which he wants to work as a politician. Rahul Gandhi and Congress plans to empower India where people from all sections of our country. The power has to be given to tribals, dalits, SC, ST, OBC, Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs Upper Caste, Lower Caste, Youths, and everybody has to be empowered. The nation has to grow with everybody.

Rahul Gandhi led the party's initiative to build the Manifesto for the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. The effort was to take the manifesto building process to every Indian and seek people's suggestions to take India forward. While more than a lakh people participated in online consultation process, thousands were directly involved in the process as Rahul Gandhi reached to various sections of the society through public consultation meetings.
