महासमुंद जिले के सरायपाली में अवैध रूप से फटा का भंडारण करने वाले एक गोदाम में छापा मारकर कार्रवाई कर पुलिस ने भारी मात्रा में प्रतिबंधित पटाखे जब तक किए हैं बताया जा रहा है कि व्यापारी के पास वैध लाइसेंस नहीं होने की वजह से व्यापारी के गोदाम से साढे 8 लाख के पटाखे जप्त किए गए हैं इस संदर्भ में पुलिस ने एस ई एन न्यूज़ को बताया कि व्यापारी नितेश अग्रवाल के गोदाम में अवैध रूप से पटाखा भंडारण होने की सूचना मुखबिर से मिली जिसके आधार पर छापामार कार्यवाही कर व्यवसाई नितेश अग्रवाल के गोदाम से भारी मात्रा में पटाखे बरामद किए गए हैं और आरोपी के खिलाफ विस्फोटक अधिनियम के विभिन्न धाराओं के तहत कार्रवाई की गई है गौरतलब है कि पुलिस द्वारा चुनाव आचार संहिता से ताबड़तोड़ कार्रवाई की जा रही है जिससे अवैध कार्यों में लिप्त लोगों में हड़कंप मचा हुआ है।

'कोरबा जिले के ग्राम पंचायत रजगामार के ओमपुर डीएम दसहरा मैदान में भी बड़ी धूमधाम से आज विजय दशमी के पावन पर्व में रावण का दहन किया गया। जिसको देखने भारी संख्या में रजगामार के आसपास के क्षेत्रवासी उपस्थित रहे।
हम आपको बताना चाहते है कि दशहरे के दिन रावण का दहन करने के लिए रजगामार के छोटे छोटे बच्चों के द्वारा राम लक्ष्मण और हनुमान की वेशभूषा लगाकर वाहनों में बैठकर टोली निकाली जाती है जो रावण के सात चक्कर लगाने के साथ ही साथ कर्मा नित्य और आतिशबाजी की जाती है। दशहरा हिन्दुओं का एक प्रमुख त्योहार है। अश्विन मास के शुक्ल पक्ष की दशमी तिथि को इसका आयोजन होता है। भगवान राम ने इसी दिन रावण का वध किया था तथा देवी दुर्गा ने नौ रात्रि एवं दस दिन के युद्ध के उपरान्त महिषासुर पर विजय प्राप्त किया था। इसे असत्य पर सत्य की विजय के रूप में मनाया जाता है।
