ആഗോള റീട്ടെയില്‍ ഭീമനായ വാള്‍മാര്‍ട്ടിന്റെ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ പ്രവേശനത്തിന് വഴിയൊരുങ്ങുന്നു.പ്രമുഖ ഓണ്‍ ലൈന്‍ വ്യാപാര സ്ഥാപനമായ ഫ്‌ലിപ്കാര്‍ട്ടിന്റെ 70 ശതമാനത്തിലധികം ഓഹരികളാണ് വാള്‍മാര്‍ട്ടിന്റെ നേതൃത്വുത്വത്തിലുള്ള ഗ്രൂപ്പ് ഏറ്റെടുക്കുന്നത്. ഓഹരികള്‍ വാള്‍മാര്‍ട്ട് ഗ്രൂപ് കമ്പനിക്ക് കൈമാറുന്നതിനുള്ള നിര്‍ദേശത്തിന് കമ്പനി ഡയറക്ടര്‍ ബോര്‍ഡ് അംഗീകാരം നല്‍കി. 97,500 കോടി രൂപയ്ക്കാണ് ഓഹരികള്‍ കൈമാറുന്നതെന്നാണ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട്. ലോകമെമ്പാടും തങ്ങളുടെ ബിസിനസ് ഉയര്‍ത്തുക എന്ന ലക്ഷ്യത്തോടെയാണ് വാള്‍മാര്‍ട്ട് ഓഹരികള്‍ വാങ്ങുന്നത്. ഇതിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി കമ്പനിയിലെ തങ്ങളുടെ 20 ശതമാനത്തിലേറെ വരുന്ന ഓഹരികള്‍ സോഫ്റ്റ് ബാങ്ക് ഗ്രൂപ് വാള്‍മാര്‍ട്ടിന് കൈമാറും. ലോകത്തെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ഓഹരി കൈമാറ്റ ഇടപാടുകളില്‍ ഒന്നാണ് ഇത്.
