Ada masalah dalam Laporan Pertanggung Jawaban (LPJ) yang disusun panitia. Kesalahan berupa mal-administrasi pelaporan karena ketidakpahaman panitia.
“Ketua umum Pimpinan Pusat Pemuda Muhammadiyah periode 2014-2018 dalam proses laporan dan tidak tahu menahu soal dokumen Laporan Pertanggung Jawaban,” kata kuasa hukum Panitia Kemah Kebangsaan Pemuda Islam, Trisno Raharjo di Gedung PP Muhammadiyah Jakarta, Kamis (29/11/2018).
Ketidakpahaman ini salah satunya disebabkan waktu yang singkat dalam penyusunan LPJ yaitu 14 hari. Temuan dugaan kesalahan administrasi muncul dalam pembayaran dokumen LPJ dalam bentuk salinan.
Trisno lantas meminta kepada panitia Kemah Kebangsaan Pemuda Muhammadiyah pro-aktif saat menjalani penyidikan kepolisian.

Menteri Pemuda dan Olahraga (Menpora) Imam Nahrawi meminta Ketua PP Muhammadiyah Dahnil Anzar membongkar pelapor dan menelusuri motif di balik pelaporan dugaan penyelewengan dana kemah dan apel pemuda Islam Indonesia 2017.
Nahrawi mengakui, kegiatan tersebut merupakan hasil inisiatifnya untuk menjaga tali persaudaraan atau ukhuwah antara pemuda Anshor dan pemuda Muhammadiyah. Nahrawi menegaskan proses pengajuan dan pencairan dana kegiatan tersebut sesuai dengan prosedur hukum dengan bukti dana telah diberikan kepada GP Anshor dan pemuda Muhammadiyah.
Sementara pertanggung jawaban penggunaan keuangan telah dibuktikan oleh kedua pihak panitia, baik dari PP Muhammadiyah dan GP Anshor, serta telah diterima oleh Kemenpora.
Hingga saat ini, kasus dugaan penyelewengan dana kemah dan apel pemuda Islam Indonesia 2017 saat ini tengah diusut oleh Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya dan telah melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap Dahnil Anzar selaku Ketua PP Pemuda Muhammadiyah serta Ahmad Fanani selaku ketua panitia.
Dahnil telah mengembalikan dana itu sebesar Rp 2 miliar ke Kemenpora.

Wakil Presiden Jusuf Kalla sempat menyindir perbedaan pandangan politik Ketua Umum Pemuda Muhammadiyah Dahnil Anzar dengan Muhammadiyah pada umumnya. Hal ini dilontarkan JK saat membuka Muktamar Pemuda Muhammadiyah.
Dalam pidatonya, JK menyebut perbedaan pandangan politik Dahnil Anzar adalah bentuk demokrasi yang ada di tubuh Muhammadiyah. Menurut Wapresm meski pilihan Dahnil di pihak nomor dua, bukan berarti Pemuda Muhammadiyah harus ikut kebijakan politik yang dianut Dahnil Anzar.
'Walau saudara Dahnil di pihak [pasangan] nomor 02, tapi tidak berarti, tidak berarti Pemuda Muhammadiyah harus semua ikut ke kebijakan politik itu,' ujar JK saat membuka Muktamar Pemuda Muhammadiyah di Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Bantul.
Ketua Umum Pemuda Muhammadiyah Dahnil Anzar santai menanggapi sindiran JK. Dahnil menyebut kalau JK merupakan sosok yang bijak. Menurutnya, perbedaan pandangan politik dalam satu organisasi adalah biasa. Bahkan terkadang perbedaan itu bisa menggembirakan.(ztm)
