प्रयागराज झूँसी के बेला सिंह यादव पूर्व जिला पंचायत सदस्य रह चुके है. समाजवादी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता रह चुके है और सन 1984 में इंटर करने बाद सन 1995 से लगातार पंचायती राज का चुनाव लड रहे है और बेला सिंह यादव 1992 से लेकर सन 2000 तक विधान सभा झूँसी सपा पार्टी के अध्यक्ष भी रह चुके है।
