WHY IS THE MODI GOVERNMENT SHIELDING JAGDISH TYTLER?

On 24.12.2014, during the tenure of the Modi Government, CBI gave a clean chit to Jagdish Tytler. This was the third time that CBI had given a clean chit to Jagdish Tytler. Earlier, on two occasions the Court has rejected the clean chit by CBI and directed investigation. The CBI with a view to save Jagdish Tytler discreetly and surreptitiously filed this Closure Report in the Court and did not even inform the victim or the media of the same.
Mr. Phoolka got this information from a source and appeared in the Court argued the matter and got this Closure Report rejected. The Order dated 4.12.2015, S.P.S Laler, ACMM, Karkardooma Court, clearly shows that this clean chit was wrongly given. Infuriated by this illegal action of CBI, the Court directed that the Court will monitor the investigation. The Court directed the CBI to submit the Status Report on the progress of investigation against Jagdish Tytler on 2.02.2016.
On 2.02.2016, CBI neither filed the Status Report nor was any officer present before the Court to inform the Court of the progress in investigation.
Mr. Phoolka argued before the Court that CBI is continuing its attempt to shield Jagdish Tytler and today’s conduct of CBI shows that they have no respect for the Court and its orders. Court took a serious note of this and directed SP of CBI to appear in the Court on the next date of hearing i.e 22. 02.2016 for an explanation..
