देश की सर्वोच्च अदाल के द्वारा दिए गए एससी-एसटी रिजर्वेशन के भीतर सब कोटे का विरोध अब हल्के-हल्के तूल पकड़ता जा रहा है... गौरतलब है कि, एक अगस्त को सुप्रीम कोर्ट की संविधान पीठ ने 6-1 के बहुमत से फैसला देकर साफ कर दिया था कि, राज्यों को आरक्षण के लिए कोटा के भीतर कोटा बनाने का अधिकार है... यानी राज्य सरकारें अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति श्रेणियों के लिए सब कैटेगरी बना सकती हैं... राज्य विधानसभाएं इसे लेकर कानून बनाने में समक्ष होंगी... इसी के साथ सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 2004 के अपने पुराने फैसले को पलट दिया है...
