श्रीनगर के एक और सरकारी अस्पताल में बदइंतजामी और लापरवाही का मामला सामने आया है। एसएमएचएस अस्पताल में डॉक्टरों के गैरजिम्मेदाराना रवैये के चलते दिव्यांग बच्चे को बेहतर इलाज से महरूम रखा गया। इतना ही नहीं डॉक्टर साहब ने दिव्यांग की हालत देखकर उसके परिवार को काफी खरी-खोटी भी सुनाई। बडगाम के बीरवाह इलाके के रहने वाले परिवार की माने तो डॉक्टर ने न सिर्फ इलाज करने मना कर दिया बल्कि उनके साथ दुर्व्यवहार भी किया है।
