हिमाचल सरकार हर गांव को सड़क सुविधा से जोड़ने का दावा पेश करती है। लेकिन सरकार के ये दावे हमीरपुर जिला में खोखले साबित हो रहे हैं। जिला मुख्यालय हमीरपुर से मात्र तीन किलोमीटर की दूरी पर बल्ह गांव के बाशिंदे आजादी के 74 वर्ष बीत जाने के बाबजूद भी सड़क सुविधा से महरुम हैं। आज भी बल्ह गांव के बाशिंदे सड़क सुविधा के लिए तरस रहे है। हालात यह हैं कि बल्ह गांव में कोई व्यक्ति बीमार पड़ जाता है तो ग्रामीण उसे कंधों पर उठाकर मुख्य सड़क तक पहुंचाने के लिए मजबूर हैं। वहीं जिला प्रशासन जल्द इस गांव को सड़क सुविधा मुहैया करवाने का दावा कर रहा है। बीडीओ हमीरपुर अस्मिता सूद की माने तो इस गांव को सड़क सुविधा से जोड़ने के लिए 7 लाख रुपये मंजूर किये जा चुके हैं। बरसात के बाद सड़क का काम शुरू करवा दिया जाएगा।
