Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Menpan RB) Syafruddin mengapresiasi pencapaian pelayanan publik di tahun ini. Hal itu Ia ungkapkan dalam penyampaian hasil evaluasi Unit Penyelenggara Pelayanan Publik tahun 2018 di Balai Kartini, Jakarta, Selasa (28/11/2018).
Syafruddin mengatakan evaluasi tersebut dilakukan secara online terhadap institusi pemerintah di 208 kabupaten dan 34 provinsi.
'Menuntut perubahan paradigma menjadi lebih suportif, mengutamakan kepuasan penggunaan layanan”, ungkap Syafruddin.
Di hadapan kepala daerah dan perwakilan pemerintah daerah se-Indonesia, Syafruddin menekankan pentingnya pelayanan publik yang berintegritas. Menurutnya, institusi pemerintah saat ini dituntut untuk terus berinovasi agar dapat melayani publik secara optimal.
'Menempatkan pelanggan sebagai pengemudi, masyarakat yang menentukan apa yang perlu dilakukan ke mana arah kinerja pemerintahan ini', tutup Syafruddin.
