यूपी के सीतापुर के इमलिया सुल्तानपुर के थाना अध्यक्ष राज साहब द्विवेदी ने दिखाई गरीब जनता के प्रति दरियादिली थाना अध्यक्ष राय साहब की जुबानी के अनुसार जब वह रात में गश्त में निकलते हैं सब लोग ठंड से कांपते हुए नजर आते हैं गरीब जनता के प्रति राय साहब द्विवेदी के हृदय में आई सहानुभूति उन्होंने रात में ठंड से कांपते हुए गरीब जनता को देखा तो उन्होंने थाना इमलिया सुल्तानपुर में गरीब जनता को बुलाकर सम्मान किया और चाय नाश्ता कराते हुए ठंड से बचने के लिए गरीबों को एक-एक कंबल बांटे और यह भी कहा की गरीब जनता को भयमुक्त पुलिस का आश्वासन दिया
