ശബരിമലയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് സാമൂഹികമാധ്യമങ്ങളില്‍ മതസ്പര്‍ധയുണ്ടാക്കുന്നതുമായ സന്ദേശങ്ങള്‍ പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന നൂറുകണക്കിന് പ്രെഫൈലുകള്‍ പോലീസ് നിരീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
മതവിദ്വേഷം പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന അറുനൂറോളം സന്ദേശങ്ങളാണ് പോലീസ് കണ്ടെത്തിയത്. ഇത്തരത്തിലുള്ള പ്രചരണം നടത്തിയ 40 പേരെ പോലീസ് തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇവര്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ പോലീസ് നീരിക്ഷണത്തിലാണ്. ശബരിമലപ്രശനം വിവാദമായി നില്‍ക്കുന്നതിനാല്‍ ഇവര്‍ക്കെതിരെ പോലീസ് കേസെടുത്തിട്ടില്ല.
പ്രചരിപ്പിച്ച സന്ദേശങ്ങളുടെ ഗൗരവം നോക്കിയാവും ഐ.ടി. നിയമപ്രകാരം കേസെടുക്കുക.
സംസ്ഥാന പോലീസിലെ സൈബര്‍ സെല്ലാണ് ഇതുസംബന്ധിച്ച പരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നത്. ശബരിമലയില്‍ പോലീസ് സ്വീകരിക്കാത്ത നടപടികളും നല്‍കാത്ത നിര്‍ദേശങ്ങളും പോലീസ് കൈക്കൊണ്ടുവെന്ന പേരില്‍ പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ് ഇതില്‍ പ്രധാനം. പണ്ടുനടന്ന ലാത്തിച്ചാര്‍ജിന്റെയും മറ്റും ചിത്രമെടുത്ത് ശബരിമലയില്‍ പോലീസ് അയ്യപ്പന്മാരെ മര്‍ദിക്കുന്നു എന്നനിലയില്‍ പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന സന്ദേശങ്ങളാണധികവും.
സാമൂഹികമാധ്യമങ്ങളില്‍ ഇത്തരത്തില്‍ വരുന്ന സന്ദേശങ്ങള്‍ പലതും ഒരേ പ്രൊഫൈലുകളില്‍നിന്നാണ് പിറവിയെടുക്കുന്നത്.ചിലത് ഇവിടെ തയ്യാറാക്കിയശേഷം വിദേശത്തേക്ക് വാട്സാപ്പ് വഴി അയച്ചുനല്‍കുന്നു. അവിടെയുള്ളവര്‍ അവ വ്യാജ അക്കൗണ്ട് വഴി പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.
