आरएसएस पर दिए बयान को लेकर कांग्रेस उपाध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी पर मानहानि का मुक़दमा चलेगा...राहुल ने आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपने बयान पर यू-टर्न लेते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने जो कहा था वह उस पर कायम हैं...और मामले में ट्रायल फेस करने को तैयार हैं...वह मानहानि का मुकदमा लड़ते रहेंगे और उन्होंने कोर्ट में ट्रायल रद्द करने की याचिका वापस ले ली है...आपको बता दें कि 2014 में सोनाले में एक चुनावी रैली के दौरान राहुल गांधी ने कहा था कि महात्मा गांधी की हत्या के लिए RSS ज़िम्मेदार है...इससे पहले राहुल गांधी ने अपने बयान पर सफ़ाई देते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट में कहा था कि उन्होंने RSS को कभी संस्था के रूप में दोषी नहीं ठहराया..बल्कि संघ से जुड़े कुछ लोगों को बापू की हत्या के लिए जिम्मेदार माना है..इसके लिए राहुल ने बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट में भी यही हलफनामा दाखिल किया था..इसी आधार पर राहुल को आपराधिक मानहानि मामले में राहत के संकेत मिले थे...लेकिन आज राहुल ने याचिका वापस ले ली है।
