Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Kiren Rijiju talks exclusively about the National Investigation Agency's move to give clean chit to Sadhvi Pragya and Col Purohit in the Malegaon blast case. Kiren Rijiju has denied any government interference in the investigation of the case. The NIA sources have told that it will not name Sadhvi Pragya Thakur Singh as an accused in the charge sheet which is likely to be filed by the end of this month and the charges under the Mcoca act pressed against her will be dropped in the 2008 Malegaon blast case. The NIA also suggest the that the evidence produced against Col Purohit has been fabricated and the statements of the accused had been taken in due respect. The charge sheet is likely to mention that investigation conducted by former Maharashtra ATS Chief Hemanth Karkare was flawed.
