500 और 1000 रुपए कों नोटों लेकर सरकार ने बड़ा ऐलान किया है। अब 500 और हज़ार के पुराने नोटों को बैंक काउंटरों से नहीं बदलवाया करवाया जा सकेगा। जी हां, यह फैसला गुरुवार आधी रात से लागू कर दिया गया है। इसका मतलब यह है कि आज से इन नोटों को अब सिर्फ बैंक में जमा कराया जा सकेगा। ऐसे नोटों को जमा कराने की अवधि 30 दिसंबर तक है। सरकार ने कल नोटबंदी से जुड़े कई अहम निर्देश जारी किए है। इनमें कहा गया कि गुरुवार आधी रात के बाद पुराने 500 और 1000 रुपए के नोटों को बैंक काउंटर्स से नए नोटों में बदला नहीं जा सकेगा। अब ये नोट केवल जमा कराए जाएंगे। वैसे सरकार ने राहत देते हुए कई जगहों पर 500 के पुराने नोटों के प्रयोग की मियाद बढ़ा दी है।

500 और एक हजार रुपये के नोट बदलने का काम बैंकों और डाकघरों में शुरू हो गया है। आज हर जगह बैंकों और पोस्ट ऑफिसों के सामने लंबी कतार दिख रही है.. कई लोगों को 2000 और 500 के नए नोट के दर्शन हुए, तो कई लोग सुबह से भूखे प्यासे नोट बदलने के लिए अपनी बारी का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। वहीं अब खबर आ रही है कि 1 हज़ार के नए नोट भी जारी किए जाएंगे। कई जगहों पर बैंक देर से खुलने की बात कही जा रही है, तो कई जगहों पर कैश ना होने की शिकायत आ रही है। वहीं वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली ने कहा है कि जिन लोगों के पास ज्यादा अघोषित संपत्ति है, उन्हें टैक्स लॉ के तहत कार्रवाई का सामना करना पड़ेगा। साथ ही कहा कि नई व्यवस्था से लोग घबराए ना इस बार जनता की सुविधा के लिए शनिवार और रविवार भी बैंक खुले रहेंगे। लोगों तक जल्दी नए करेंसी पहुंचाने की कोशिश की जा रही है। जहां ज़रूरत पड़ेगी, वहां काउंटर भी बढ़ाए जाएंगे, यही नहीं बैंककर्मी अगले तीन दिनों तक रात 9 बजे तक भी काम करेंगे। वहीं दूसरी तरफ सरकार की 500 और 1000 का नोट रातोरात बंद करने की घोषणा के खिलाफ सुप्रीमकोर्ट में याचिका दाखिल हो गई है। याचिका में सरकार के आदेश को मनमाना और गैरकानूनी बताते हुए रद्द करने की मांग की गई है। साथ ही कहा गया है कि कोर्ट सरकार को आदेश दे कि वह आम नागरिकों, किसानों और गरीबों को जरूरी काम जैसे शादी समारोह, इलाज, आदि पूरे करने के लिए समुचित समय दे। 9 नवम्बर से 11 नवम्बर के बीच हजारों शादियां हैं, ऐसे में इस फैसले का उस पर असर होगा। 15 नवंबर को सुप्रीम कोर्ट इस मामले पर सुनवाई करेगा।

देश में 500 और 1000 रुपये के नोट को बंद किए जाने के बाद सरकार ने किसानों को बड़ी राहत दी है। सरकार ने किसानों को 500 रुपये के पुराने नोटों से बीज खरीदने की मंजूरी दे दी है। किसान अब 500 रुपये के पुराने नोटों से केंद्र सरकार और राज्य सरकार के बीज खरीद केंद्रों, राष्ट्रीय और राज्य बीज निगम, कृषि विश्वविद्यालयों और ICAR से बीजों की खरीदारी कर पाएंगे। इससे पहले सरकार ने किसानों को राहत देते हुए किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड से 25,000 रुपये निकालने की मंजूरी दी थी...साथ ही किसान अब बैंकों से सप्ताह में 50,000 रुपये तक की नकदी निकाल सकेंगे. सरकार ने किसानों को उनके बैंक खाते में पहुंचे फसली ऋण से हर सप्ताह 25,000 रुपये तक निकालने की अनुमति दी है. यह सीमा किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड पर भी लागू है. वहीं सरकार ने किसानों की मुश्किलें कम करने के लिए फसल बीमा की किश्त जमा कराने की समय सीमा 15 दिन बढ़ा दी थी. आपको बता दें कि रबी की बुआई के लिए खेत तैयार हैं और किसान बीज और खाद का इंतज़ार कर रहे हैं. पुराने नोट बंद होने की वजह से किसान लाचार हो गया है. उसके पास नए नोट नहीं हैं, लिहाजा वह खाद और बीज नहीं ला पा रहा, जिससे खेत खाली पड़े हैं..जिसे देखते हुए ही अब सरकार ने ये फैसला लिया है
