सहारा प्रमुख सुब्रत रॉय को आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है,,,कोर्ट ने उनकी पैरोल की अवधि 24 अक्टूबर तक बढ़ा दी है, साथ ही कोर्ट ने सहारा को तय वक्त के अंदर 200 करोड़ रुपये जमा कराने का आदेश भी दिए है। आज सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने सुब्रत रॉय के वकील से पूछा है कि वो रोडमैप बताएं कि सहारा किस तरह सेबी को 12000 करोड़ रुपये चुकाएंगे.. इससे पहले 23 सितंबर को कोर्ट ने सुब्रत रॉय के पैरोल की अवधि बढ़ाने से इनकार कर दिया था। साथ ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुब्रत रॉय को हिरासत में लेने का आदेश भी दिया था। हालांकि बाद में फैसले को लेकर अपील की गई, तो कोर्ट ने उस आदेश पर रोक लगा दी और सहारा प्रमुख जेल जाने से बच गए...आपको बता दें कि निवेशकों का पैसा न लौटाने को लेकर सहारा समूह पर कार्रवाई की गई थी। इसके चलते सहारा प्रमुख सुब्रत रॉय को कई महीनों तक जेल में ही रहना पड़ा था।
