औरंगाबाद आमर्स केस और 26/11 हमले की साज़िश रचने वाले अबु जुंदाल समेत 7 आरोपियों को विशेष मकोका कोर्ट ने उम्रकैद की सज़ा मुकर्रर की है। इस मामले में 22 लोगों को आरोपी बनाया गया था। लंबी सुनवाई के बाद पिछले हफ्ते मकोका कोर्ट ने आतंकी अबु जुंदाल समेत 12 आरोपियों को दोषी करार दिया था। इसके साथ ही कोर्ट ने 8 लोगों को दोषमुक्त कर दिया था। एक अन्य फरार हो गया था, जबकि एक अन्य सरकारी गवाह बनने के बाद मुकर गया। इन दोनों आरोपियों पर केस चलेगा। मंगलवार को इस मामले में फैसला लेते हुए कोर्ट ने 7 को उम्रकैद, 2 अन्य को 14 साल की सज़ा, जबकि तीन अन्य को 8 साल की सजा सुनाई है। आपको बता दें कि 8 मई 2006 को मुंबई एंटी टेररिज्म स्कॉवड यानि ATS ने महाराष्ट्र के औरंगाबाद के चंदवाड़-मनमाड़ हाईवे से तलाशी के दौरान 30 किलो आरडीएक्स, 10 एके-47 रायफल और 3,200 कारतूस बरामद किए थे। मौके से ATS ने 3 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया था। गाड़ी चला रहा अबु जुंदाल फरार हो गया था। जुंदाल पुलिस को चकमा देकर बांग्लादेश के रास्ते भाग निकला था और बाद में पाकिस्तान पहुंच गया था। मामले की सुनवाई के दौरान जो दलीलें और सबूत पेश किए गए उनके आधार पर कोर्ट ने माना कि हमले के लिए हथियार पाकिस्तान से लाए गए थे, साथ ही यह भी माना कि आरोपी इन हथियारों के जरिए गोधरा दंगों का बदला लेना चाहते थे और नरेंद्र मोदी, प्रवीण तोगड़िया को मारने का भी प्लान था।

शख्स चला रहा था। सरकारी पक्ष का कहना है कि जबी कोई और नहीं 26/11 का हैंडलर अबू जुंदाल है, जो उस वक्त पुलिस को चकमा देकर बांग्लादेश के रास्ते भाग निकला और बाद में पाकिस्तान पहुंच गया... जबी के वकील का दावा है कि जांच अधिकारियों के पास इसे साबित करने के लिए पूरे सबूत नहीं हैं..वहीं इस मामले में मकोका की धाराएं हटा ली गई हैं। अबु जुंदाल को आर्म्स एक्ट के तहत दोषी करार दिया गया है।

हैदराबाद के दिलसुखनगर ब्लास्ट मामले में एनआईए की विशेष अदालत ने सभी दोषियों की सज़ा का ऐलान कर दिया है...कोर्ट ने आईएम सदस्य यासीन भटकल समेत सभी 5 दोषियों के लिए फांसी की सज़ा सुनाई है...भटकल के अलावा अन्य जिन चार लोगों को यह सजा सुनाई गई है, वे सभी आईएम से जुड़े हुए हैं.. एनआईए कोर्ट ने इससे पहले 13 नवंबर को इन लोगों को मामले में दोषी पाया था... आपको बता दें कि शहर के भीड़भाड़ वाले इलाके दिलसुखनगर में 21 फरवरी, 2013 को कोंणार्क और वेन कताद्री थियेटरों के पास दो जबर्दस्त धमाके हुए थे. जिसमें करीब 18 लोगों की मौत हो गई थी और 131 लोग घायल हुए थे... ये बम दो अलग-अलग साइकिलों पर लगाए गए थे...जिसके बाद इस मामले में छह महीने के बाद यासीन भटकल और असदुल्ला अख्तर को बिहार-नेपाल बोर्डर के पास रक्सौल इलाके से गिरफ्तार किया गया था. इस मामले का मुख्य आरोपी इंडियन मुजाहिदीन का संस्थापक रियाज भटकल अभी फरार है. इसलिए उसके मामले को शेष मामलों से अलग कर दिया गया है....

जिगिशा घोष मर्डर केस में आज दोषियों की सज़ा का ऐलान हो गया है.... दिल्ली की साकेत कोर्ट ने केस में फैसला सुनाते हुए दो दोषियों को फांसी, जबकि एक को उम्रकैद की सजा सुनाई...कोर्ट ने अमित शुक्ला को आईपीसी की धारा 302 के तहत फांसी और एक लाख रुपए... जबकि रवि कपूर को फांसी और 20 हजार का जुर्माना लगाया है.वहीं दोषी बलजीत को उम्रकैद की सजा दी गई है और तीन लाख का जुर्मान लगाया है...आपको बता दें कि 28 वर्षीय जिगिशा एक प्रबंधन कंसल्टेंसी फर्म में ऑपरेशंस मैनेजर के रूप में काम करती थीं...पुलिस के मुताबिक, 18 मार्च 2009 को उसके कार्यालय की कैब ने उसे सुबह करीब चार बजे दक्षिण दिल्ली के वसंत विहार इलाके में उसके घर के पास छोड़ा जिसके बाद उसका अपहरण हो गया...इसके तीन दिन बाद हरियाणा के सूरजकुंड के पास जिगिशा का शव बरामद किया गया था.
आज 7 साल बाद जिगीषा को इंसाफ मिल गया है...जिगीषा के गुनाहगारों को सज़ा मिल गई है...मृतका के परिजनों ने भी कोर्ट के फैसले पर संतुष्टि जताई है।
