New Delhi: While speaking on the issue of formation of government in Goa after the demise of Goa chief minister Manohar Parrikar, Congress leader PC Chacko said, “There is a real crisis in Goa, the governor of Goa is acting at the behest of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the central government. This is the kind of unwelcome, unauthorised interference in the independence of the governor. When the new government is given the responsibility the question before the governor and the assembly is that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) do not enjoy the majority even if they invited by the government.
