तमिलनाडु की पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री जयललिता की मौत पर सवाल उठाने से जुड़ी याचिका पर आज मद्रास हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई. सुनवाई के दौरान हाईकोर्ट के जज जस्टिस वैद्यनाथन ने कहा कि मुझे भी शक है, मौत का सच सामने आना चाहिए. हाई कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि जांच के लिए शव को बाहर निकालने में क्या दिक्कत है ? आपको बता दें कि अन्नाद्रमुक के एक कार्यकर्ता पीए जोसेफ ने हाई कोर्ट में एक जनहित याचिका दायर की थी. जिसमें कहा गया था, ‘’जयललिता की बीमारी के दौरान कभी किसी को उनके पास जाने का मौका नहीं मिला. उनकी मृत्यु की वजहों की भी किसी को जानकारी नहीं दी गई. ऐसे में अब जयललिता से संबंधित सारी बातें सार्वजनिक की जानी चाहिए...इससे पहले पार्टी से निष्काेसित नेता शशिकला पुष्पा ने जयललिता की मौत की सीबीआई जांच की मांग की है.
