Baramulla (J&K): Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday supported Congress party for their promise to amend Armed Forces Special Powers (AFSPA) Act in their manifesto. He said, I wish Congress would have supported this when I was the chief minister of the state, some leaders of Congress party created controversy that time and tried to fail my efforts.
