नोटबंदी पर देश भर में दर्ज मुकदमों की सुनवाई पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने रोक लगा दी है. और अब इस मामले को कोर्ट ने पांच जजों की बेंच को सौंप दिया है और विभिन्न हाईकोर्ट में चल रही सुनवाई पर रोक लगा दी है...यहां सरकार के लिए राहत की बात यह है कि कोर्ट ने पुराने नोटों को आवश्यक सेवाओं में चलन की सीमा बढ़ाने से इनकार कर दिया है. कोर्ट ने इसे पूरी तरह सरकार पर छोड़ते हुए कहा कि ये जिम्मेदारी सरकार की है और सरकार को संवेदनशीलता से इस पर उचित निर्णय लेना चाहिए. लेकिन सरकार के लिए बुरी खबर यह है की सरकार के फैसले की न्यायिक समीक्षा के लिए नोटबंदी मामले को पांच न्यायाधीशों की संविधान पीठ के पास भेज दिया गया है. कोर्ट ने 8 सवाल तैयार किये हैं...जिन पर संविधान पीठ सुनवाई करेगी...कुछ सवालों की बात करें इनमें पूछा गया है कि

500 रुपए के पुराने नोट आज से पेट्रोल पम्पों, एयर टिकटों की बुकिंग और टोल नाकों पर नहीं लिए जाएंगे, क्योंकि इन जगहों पर मिलने वाली छूट आज से खत्म हो गई है. हालांकि सरकारी अस्पतालों और दवा दुकानों समेत पूर्व निर्धारित स्थानों पर 15 दिसंबर तक 500 रूपए के पुराने नोट इस्तेमाल किए जा सकेंगे..दरअसल पेट्रोल पंपों पर कमीशन लेकर पुराने नोटों की जगह नए नोट दिए जाने की आशंका के मद्देनज़र वित्त मंत्रालय ने ये फैसला लिया...वहीं खुल्ले पैसों की परेशानी के मद्देनज़र सरकार ने 2 दिसंबर की आधी रात कर टोल नाकों को फ्री कर दिया था..जिसकी मियाद खत्म हो गई है..और अब कल आधी रात से टोल नाकों पर शुल्क लिया जाने लगा है.इससे खुल्ले रुपयों के कमी के चलते अब टोल नाकों पर जाम लगने की तस्वीरें सामने आ रही हैं... मुंबई के मुलुंड टोल प्लाजा पर रात 12 बजे के बाद गाड़ियों की लंबी लाइन देखी गई, वहीं ऐसी ही तस्वीर दिल्ली-जयपुर हाइवे पर भी देखने को मिली. ज्यादातर लोग आज से टोल पर 500 रुपए के नोट नहीं लेने की बात से भी अनजान दिखे...हालांकि लोगों की परेशानी को देखते हुए सरकार की तरफ खास इंतज़ाम किए जाने की बात कही जा रही है...जिसके तहत नई स्वाइप मशीनें टोल नाकों पर पहुंचाई गई हैं. इसके अलावा सभी टोल नाकों पर डेबिट क्रेडिट कार्ड और पेटीएम जैसे ई वॉलेट से भी टोल टैक्स का भुगतान किया जा सकता है. आपको बता दें कि देशभर में नेशनल हाइवे पर कुल 367 टोल प्लाजा हैं
