वीओ- उत्तर प्रदेश के बुलंदशहर में मां बेटी के साथ गैंगरेप और अब बरेली की शिक्षिका के साथ दिनदहाड़े सामूहिक दुष्कर्म का मामला उत्तर प्रदेश की सरकार और कानून व्यवस्था पर करारा तमाचा है। अपराधियों के हौसले इतने बुलंद है कि पुलिस, सरकार और कानून सभी उनके सामने लाचार दिख रहें है। जहां एक तरफ विपक्ष इस मुद्दे पर राजनीति खेलते हुए अखिलेश यादव से इस्तीफे की मांग तो दूसरी तरफ बुलंदशहर में हुए गैंगरेप की पीड़िता न्याय ना मिलने पर आत्मदाह की बात कह रहीं है। आय दिन up में हो रहें दुराचार के मामलों को देते हुए राज्य अपराध ब्यूरो ने एक आंकड़ा जारी किया है जिसके अनुसार up में पिछले एक वर्ष में दुष्कर्म की घटनाओं में लबबग 100 प्रतिशत का इजाफा हुआ है। उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य अपराध ब्यूरो की ओर से जारी आंकड़ों के मुताबिक, 2014 में उप्र में दुष्कर्म की 3,467 घटनाएं हुई थीं, जबकि 2015 में ये बढ़कर 9,075 हो गईं। अपराध ब्यूरो के एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि आंकड़े इस बात की ओर संकेत करते हैं कि पिछले एक वर्ष के दौरान दुष्कर्म के मामलों में 100 फीसदी से अधिक का इजाफा हुआ है। दूसरी तरफ आप यह भी कह सकते हैं कि अब लोग पुलिस के पास अपनी शिकायतें लेकर पहुंच रहे हैं, इसलिए गत वर्षो की अपेक्षा आंकड़ों में इजाफा हुआ है।
