Supreme Court tells BCCI to implement Lodha Committee recommendations.

बीसीसीआई में सुधारों को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट सख्त है...कोर्ट ने कहा है कि बोर्ड को लोढ़ा समिति की सिफारिशें माननी ही पड़ेंगी..वरना कोर्ट अपने तरीके से सिफारिशें लागू करवाएगा...इसके लिए कोर्ट ने बीसीसीआई से पूछा है कि वो सिफारिशें मानने का समय बताए..कोर्ट ने बीसीसीआई को निर्देश दिए हैं कि वो ऐसा कोई मैच न कराए जिसमें पारदर्शिता न हो, कोर्ट ने कहा है कि बीसीसीईआई ने जिन्हें पैसा दिया है, उनसे पैसा वापिस ले... कोर्ट ने बोर्ड को साफ तौर पर कह दिया है कि हमारा वक्त बर्बाद न करें और लोढ़ा कमेटी की सिफारशों को मानें.. आज कोर्ट ने अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख दिया है...माना जा रहा है कि कल तक इस पर फैसला आ सकता है..इससे पहले कोर्ट ने आज अनुराग ठाकुर को लेकर भी सवाल उठाए...कोर्ट ने पूछा कि क्या अनुराग ठाकुर क्रिकेटर हैं?...वहीं, कोर्ट ने अदालत मित्र गोपाल सुब्रह्मण्यम को नए प्रशासक ढूंढने को कहा है...ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि कोर्ट का मानना है अगर अधिकारी हटाए जाएं, तो विकल्प होना चाहिए. कोर्ट ने कहा कि BCCI को 'कथनी' से नहीं, बल्कि 'करनी' से कोर्ट का सम्मान करना चाहिए. कोर्ट ने साफ किया कि बीसीसीआई को बड़े भुगतान से पहले इजाज़त लेनी होगी. इसे कोर्ट का बड़ा फैसला माना जा रहा है...साथ ही सर्वोच्च अदालत ने यह भी कहा कि राज्य संघों को पैसे देने में पारदर्शिता होनी चाहिए और इसके लिए एक पॉलिसी होनी चाहिए. आप एक रात में सीधे 400 करोड़ का फंड ट्रांसफर ऐसे ही नहीं कर सकते. कोर्ट ने फंड ट्रांसफर के लिए लोढ़ा समिति की इजाजत लेने के लिए कहा है.

जस्टिस लोढ़ा कमेटी ने बीसीसीआई पर आज अपनी स्टेटस रिपोर्ट सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सौंप दी है। लोढ़ा कमेटी ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में बीसीसीआई पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेशों का उल्लंघन करने और सुधार से संबंधित सिफारिशों की अनदेखी करने का आरोप लगाया है..रिपोर्ट में कमेटी ने कहा है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के तीन सेलेक्टर रखे जाने की अनुशंसा को दरकिनार करते हुए पांच सेलेक्टर नियुक्त किए... साथ ही पैनल ने यह भी कहा कि बीसीसीआई के शीर्ष पदाधिकारियों, यानी टॉप बॉस को हटा दिया जाए और क्रिकेट प्रशासक नियुक्त किए जाएं..और सुप्रीम कोर्ट के 18 जुलाई के आदेश के बाद बीसीसीआई के जो फैसले सिफारिशों के विपरीत लिए गए , उन्हें तत्काल प्रभाव से रद्द किया जाए. कमेटी की शिकायत पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने नाराज़गी जाहिर करते हुए बीसीसीआई को फटकार लगाते हुए कहा कि वह 'खुद सीधे हो जाएं, वरना कोर्ट को आदेश के ज़रिये उन्हें सीधा करना पड़ेगा..वहीं कोर्ट ने बीसीसीआई को जवाब दाखिल करने के लिए 6 अक्टूबर तक का वक्त दिया है।
