The ground water level has been gradually declining. People have no other option but to consume muddy and contaminated water. While speaking to ANI, one of the villagers said, “Water problem in Melghat are very serious. Women’s waste their half of the day in struggling of water. Water in hand pumps and wells are gradually declining.”
