कांग्रेस उपाध्क्ष राहुल गांधी आरएसएस मानहानि मामले में आज भिवंडी कोर्ट में पेश हुए। दरअसल महात्मा गांधी की हत्या के संबंध में उन्होंने आरएसएस पर टिप्पणी की थी, जिसके खिलाफ आरएसएस के एक कार्यकर्ता ने कोर्ट में मानहानि का मुकदमा दायर कर दिया था। सुनवाई के लिए पहुंचे राहुल गांधी ने कोर्ट के बाहर कहा कि मेरी लड़ाई उस विचारधारा के खिलाफ है, जिसने गांधी की हत्या की, जिन्होंने गांधीजी को कैलेंडर से हटा दिया। गांधीजी हमेशा भारत के दिल में रहेंगे। वो गांधीजी को मार सकते हैं, लेकिन उन्हें मिटा नहीं सकते। इससे पहले पिछली सुनवाई के दौरान भिवंडी में मजिस्ट्रेट की अदालत ने राहुल को जमानत दे दी थी। उस समय भी राहुल गांधी अदालत में पेश हुए थे। अदालत ने मामले को 30 जनवरी तक के लिए स्थगित कर दिया था। आपको बता दें कि 2014 में एक भाषण के दौरान राहुल गांधी ने कथित तौर पर दावा किया था कि आरएसएस के लोगों ने गांधी की हत्या की।
