1997 दिल्ली के उपहार सिनेमा में हुए अग्निकांड मामले पर याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट गुरुवार को अपना फैसला सुनाया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के मुताबिक गोपाल अंसल को एक साल जेल की सजा दी गई है। वहीं सुशील अंसल को कोर्ट ने बरी कर दिया। आपको बता दें कि 18 साल पुराने चर्चित उपहार सिनेमा अग्निकांड केस में, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सीबीआई और पीड़ितों की पुनर्विचार याचिका पर 14 दिसंबर को सुनवाई पूरी कर आदेश सुरक्षित रख लिए थे। इसमें आरोपी सुशील अंसल पांच महीने जबकि गोपाल अंसल चार महीने की सजा काट चुके हैं। वहीं इस मामले में इससे पहले दो जजों की बेंच ने अलग-अलग फैसले सुनाए थे जिसकी वजह से मामले को तीन जजों की बेंच में भेजा गया था।

अगर आपकी प्रीपेड मोबाइल नंबर किसी और के नाम से लिया गया है, तो सावधान हो जाइए...सरकार जल्द ही प्रीपेड मोबाईल नंबरों का वेरिफिकेशन शुरू होगा और उपभोक्ता के सही पाए जाने पर ही नंबर जारी रखने दिया जाएगा। इसे लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार को निर्देश दिया है। कोर्ट ने कहा है कि इस काम को एक साल में पूरा करने की कोशिश की जाए। रिचार्ज के वक़्त ग्राहक को एक ई-केवाईसी फॉर्म भरने को दिया जाएगा। उपभोक्ता की पहचान के लिए आधार नंबर या दूसरे दस्तावेजों का इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा। एक बार फॉर्म मिलने के बाद अगले 2-3 रिचार्ज तक उसे भर देना होगा। इससे ज़्यादा मौका नहीं मिलेगा। केंद्र सरकार ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को बताया है कि ई-केवाईसी को नए ग्राहकों के लिए भी अनिवार्य किया जा रहा है। सरकार चाहती है कि सिर्फ आधार नंबर में दर्ज बायोमेट्रिक पहचान से ही नए नंबर दिए जाएं। देश में 110 करोड़ लोगों के पास आधार कार्ड होने की वजह से ऐसा करने में दिक्कत नहीं होगी।
