Time and time again we have seen how the administration of the city gets paralyzed due to the countless tussles between Delhi and the Centre. Services are hindered, women safety and safety of people is compromised and policies do not achieve their maximum potential, while the common man is left wondering whether to approach the state or centre for their concerns.
