Marc Cherry's camp continued Friday to paint a picture of Nicollette Sheridan as a disruptive force on the Desperate Housewives set.
Executive producer George Perkins, who dropped a heck of a spoiler bomb on the stand yesterday, continued his testimony this morning-alas, he didn't have any more plot twists to offer.
What Perkins said was that, in his opinion, the incident that Sheridan is now suing Cherry over seemed 'minor' at the time, based on his conversations with the actress.

'I know Nicollette is emotional at times,' Perkins said. 'I felt that emotion played a part...I felt that it was a misunderstanding between somebody trying to give a direction and the actor herself.'
Perkins said that Sheridan told him soon afterward that Cherry had already apologized once, but that she wanted a second apology and flowers.

'Desperate Housewives' wrongful termination trial reveals death spoiler
Anger didn't factor into the decision to kill off Nicollette Sheridan's role on Desperate Housewives, the series creator testified Thursday.
Marc Cherry concluded his testimony in the actress' wrongful termination case by denying claims by Sheridan's attorneys that he tried to influence the statements of other employees on the show to fit his version of the dispute.
Cherry and other witnesses have said approval to kill off Sheridan's character Edie Britt was given in May 2008, four months before the actress accused Cherry of striking her hard in the head during a discussion of a scene.
Cherry testified that he was simply trying to convey some direction to the actress on how to use physical humor.
Sheridan, 48, told jurors last week she was stunned and humiliated by the blow, which she described as a wallop, and that Cherry appeared nervous when he informed her in February 2009 that her character was going to die.
Actor James Denton, who rehearsed and shot with Sheridan the day of her dispute with Cherry, told the jury he didn't learn of Britt's death until he received a script detailing it the following year.
'I can't say I was shocked, only because people get killed so often,' he testified.
Jurors have been presented plenty of evidence about the many deaths of Desperate Housewives.

But the judge strongly urged Nicolette and Disney to settle out of court. Disney had asked for the case to be dismissed earlier this year, but the request was denied and the first trial ended in a hung jury.
