कारोना वायरस जिसे पूरे विश्व भर में महामारी घोषित कर दिया है और मासाहारी खाने वालों लोगो को परहेज रखने को कहा है । वही जालंधर के एक चिकन शॉप के विक्रेता ने मुफ्त में चावल और बनाये हुए चिकन को लोगो मे खाने के लिए बांट दिया । शॉप विक्रेता ने लोगो मे फैली हुई केरोना वायरस की अफवा से जागरूक करवाने ये सब किया ।
कारोना वायरस से बचने के लिए सभी देशों के लोग सरकर्ता बरत रहे है, वही लोगो मे वायरस को लेकर डर का माहौल भी बना हुआ है । कुछ लोग ऐसे भी है जो लोगो मे बीमारियों को आम लोगो मे बांटने में लगे हुए । जालंधर के चिकन शॉप विक्रेता ने अपनी दुकान के आगे चावल व चिकन को मुफ्त में बांटकर लोगो मे बीमारियों को बांटने का प्रयास किया । जब इस बाबत पूछा गया तो उसने बताया कि केरोना वायरस से उनके व्यपार बंद हो रहा है, लेकिन लोगो को ये सब खिलाकर जागरूक कर रहे है कि चिकन से कारोना वायरस नही होता।
मुफ्त में खा रहे लोगो ने बताया कि वो 365 दिन चिकन खाते है उनको तो केरोना वायरस जैसी कोई बीमारी नही हुई है । ये भी बताया कि वायरस चीन में शुरू हुआ है पंजाब या सारे देश बाकी शहरों में इस तरह की बीमारी नही है ।
मुफ्त चिकेन खिलाने वाले शॉप विक्रेता ने बिना मंजूरी कानून धज्जियां उड़ाते हुए लोगो मे कही न कही बीमारियों को बांट रहा है । वहीं खाने वाले लोगो मे जागरूकता बढ़ाने की बहुत सी जरूरत लग रही है ।

Ingredients
7-8 chicken drumsticks
2 tbsp Oil for cooking
1 tsp curry powder/chicken masala
1 small roughly chopped onion
1 tbsp ginger- garlic paste/or chopped ginger and garlic
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds ( or powder)
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tomatoes or paste
2 cups of water
Spices used: salt, Turmeric and red chilli powder
Fresh Cilantro leaves for garnish
Adjust Salt per taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry coriander/cumin/mustard for 30 secs.
-- Add onions and mix well. Add ginger- garlic.
- Add salt, turmeric and chilli powder. Cook for 2-3 mins.
- Add chicken. Mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 mins.
- Add tomatoes. Combine well with other ingredients.
- Add curry powder. Mix well. Fry for 5-6 mins.
- Add water and let chicken cook until tender and no longer raw.
- Add dried fenugreek leaves and cilantro. Mix well.
- Serve with Roti/naan or rice.
