महिला थाना हमीरपुर (Hamirpur) में दुष्कर्म (Rape) का मामला पंजीकृत हुआ है। मामले में लंबलू क्षेत्र के एक गांव की विवाहिता ने युवक पर आरोप जड़े हैं कि उसके अश्लील फोटो खींचकर तीन वर्ष से ब्लैकमेल कर दुष्कर्म कर रहा है। तंग आकर महिला ने यह बात अपने परिजनों को बताई। इसके बाद मामला महिला पुलिस थाना में दर्ज हुआ है। बताया जा रहा है कि आरोपी अब विदेश में रहता है। पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार आरोपी के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू हो गई है।

'बिग बॉस 13' में नजर आईं शहनाज गिल के फैन्स के लिए एक चौंकाने वाली खबर आई है। शहनाज गिल के पिता संतोख सिंह पर एक महिला ने रेप का आरोप लगाया है।एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, जालंधर की रहने वाली एक महिला ने शहनाज के पिता के खिलाफ रेप का केस दर्ज करवाया है। पीड़िता ने का कहना है कि उसके साथ बंदूक की नोंक पर रेप किया गया। पुलिस ने इस मामले में केस दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।
हालांकि अभी इस मामले पर शहनाज गिल या उनके पिता की तरफ से कोई बयान नहीं आया है। रेप का आरोप कितना सच है और कितना झूठ, यह भी पुलिस की जांच-पड़ताल में ही पता चल पाएगा।
रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, घटना 14 मई की है। लेकिन मंगलवार यानी 19 मई को पीड़िता ने पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई और उसके बाद संतोख सिंह पर केस दर्ज किया गया। पीड़िता बॉयफ्रेंड से मिलने संतोख सिंह के घर पर गई थी। उसे पता चला था कि उसका बॉयफ्रेंड संतोख के घर पर ही रहता है। पीड़िता सहेली के साथ संतोख सिंह के घर पहुंची तो वह वहीं बाहर इंतजार कर रहे थे और उन्होंने बॉयफ्रेंड से मिलवाने की बात कहकर अपनी गाड़ी में बिठा लिया। महिला का आरोप है कि संतोख सिंह ने रोही पुल ब्यास के पास बंदूक के नोंक पर उससे बलात्कार किया। फिलहाल संतोख सिंह को फरार बताया जा रहा है।
हालांकि संतोख सिंह के बेटे शहबाज खान ने इस आरोप को झूठा और बकवास बताया है। शहबाज ने कहा कि पंजाब पुलिस में उनके पिता पर एक केस दर्ज किया गया है, लेकिन रेप का आरोप झूठा है। जिस महिला ने आरोप लगाया है वह मेरे पिता की छवि खराब करना चाहती हैं। उन्होंने आगे कहा, 'हम अभी सब डिस्टर्ब हैं। हालांकि हमें पता है कि कुछ नहीं होने वाला है क्योंकि हमारे पास सारे जरूरी सबूत हैं कि वह महिला झूठ बोल रही है। जिस जगह पर महिला ने खुद के साथ रेप होने की बात कही है, वह सीसीटीवी के अंडर आता है और हम उसकी रिकॉर्डिंग निकलवा रहे हैं।'
वह महिला कौन है, इस बारे में पूछे जाने पर शहबाज ने कहा कि वह उसे नहीं जानते क्योंकि कुछ वक्त से वह बहन शहनाज के साथ मुंबई शिफ्ट हो गए हैं। लेकिन इतना जरूर जानते हैं कि उनके पिता गलत नहीं हैं।
