NTPC's narrative of story telling has made in-roads as an official selection for the 7th annual edition of Woodpecker International Film Festival (WIFF) in the Indian Film category. Successful Wasteland Development through Natural Resources taken up in village Kannala at Peddapalli District of Telangana by NTPC, turning barren land into fertile agricultural land bringing prosperity to the region,transforming lives of farmer community. The 7th annual edition of Woodpecker International Film Festival will be organised from November 29 - December 1, 2019 at Siri Fort Auditorium, New Delhi.
