ഇവിടെ സന്ദര്‍ശനത്തിനെത്തിയ യുവതിയും രണ്ടു കുട്ടികളും വെള്ളം തണുത്തുറഞ്ഞ തടാകത്തില്‍ കുടുങ്ങിപ്പോകുകയായിരുന്നു. ഇവരുടെ കരച്ചില്‍ കേട്ടെത്തിയ സമീപവാസികള്‍ കൈകള്‍ ചേര്‍ത്ത് പിടിച്ച് മനുഷ്യ ചങ്ങല ഉണ്ടാക്കി ഇവരെ പുറത്തെത്തിച്ചു. അതിസാഹസികമായാണ് ഈ കുടുംബത്തെ ആളുകള്‍ ഒത്തൊരുമിച്ച് രക്ഷപ്പെടുത്തിയത്.

बिहार में जारी पूर्ण शराबबंदी के समर्थन में आज अब तक की सबसे बड़ी मानव श्रृंखला बनायी गई. बिहार सरकार ने इसे रिकॉर्ड बताते हुए राज्य में 11 हजार 292 किलोमीटर लंबी मानव श्रृंखला बनाने का दावा किया है। मानव श्रृंखला में शामिल होने के लिये पटना के गांधी मैदान में सीएम नीतीश कुमार के साथ-साथ आरजेडी प्रमुख लालू यादव भी पहुंचे। बीजेपी समेत तमाम दलों का भी मानव श्रृंखला को पूरा समर्थन था। बताया जा रहा है कि पटना समेत राज्य के सभी जिलों के लगभग दो करोड़ लोगों ने इस कार्यक्रम में भाग लिया, जोकि एक विश्व रिकॉर्ड होगा। वहीं इस दौरान राज्य के सीएम नीतीश कुमार ने कहा कि शराब पीने से सेहत खराब होती है। शराब के खिलाफ हमलोग आज एकजुट होकर खड़े होने आए हैं। इस दौरान पुलिस और प्रशासन ने सुरक्षा के कड़े इंतजाम किए थे। सैटेलाइट के जरिये 6 जिलों में इस मानव श्रृंखला की फोटोग्राफी करायी गई। इसके अलावा ड्रोन कैमरे से भी दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी मानव श्रृखंला पर नज़र रखी गई थी।
