New Delhi: Almost a week after an open letter by 49 celebrities including eminent artists over incidents of mob lynchings in the country, former army personnel have written a counter letter to Prime Minister calling out their ‘selective outrage’.
On July 23, 49 celebrities from various fields led by the likes of Aparna Sen expressed concern that ‘Jai Shri Ram’ had become a provocative war cry in India.
