Early life
The father of Narasimha Reddy was related to the Polygar (jagirdar) family of Uyyalawada in Koilkuntla taluk who had married two daughters of the Polygar of Nossam. He had three sons, of whom Narasimha was the youngest. His first wife was named Siddamma.
Causes of rebellion
