The model and fiancé Wiz Khalifa confirmed the happy news to as they debuted her baby bump at the MTV Video Music Awards on Thursday (07.09.12).
The 28-year-old star told People magazine: 'We do know the sex, but we're [keeping it private] for now. We just found out two days ago, so we're super excited.'
Until this point, 24-year-old rapper Wiz Khalifa had denied pregnancy rumours.
Last month, he addressed the issue by saying: 'She will have my baby in life. And you will know when she's pregnant. But it's not the time now for people to start going crazy.'
The 'Telephone' hitmaker proposed to Amber in March and says he's focused on the future.
He continued: 'I'm superman! I'm going to the best dad and the best performer and the best husband that I can be.'
Amber was previously in a relationship with rapper Kanye West and has accused his current partner, Kim Kardashian, of breaking up their romance.

In contrast to their comfy but casual white attire at last year's ceremony, Khalifa and Rose were sleek and sexy in black as they shared the big news with Sway.
