ഉത്തരാഖണ്ട് ഹൈക്കോടതിയും മൃഗങ്ങള്‍ക്കായി രംഗത്തെത്തിയതോടെ പരസ്യമായി ആടുകളെ അറുക്കാന്‍ പറ്റാത്ത അവസ്ഥ ആയിരുന്നു. ഇതോടെയാണ് കേക്ക് മുറിക്കല്‍ എന്ന ആശയം ഉടലെടുത്തത്. മൃഗങ്ങളെ കൊലക്ക് കൊടുക്കുന്നവര്‍ക്കെതിരെ കേസ് എടുക്കുമെന്നും കോടതി അറിയിച്ചു.
