Incoming Calls are not FREE in INDIA, you need to recharge with validity pack for outgoing as well as for incoming calls with SMART Recharge or Combo Recharge Plan of Rupee 23, 35, 65, 95 with 28 days validity period. They've closed their Talktime recharge plans of Rupee 10, 20, 50 to Combo recharge.
