Pithoragarh/ Ranikhet (Uttarakhand), Manali (Himachal Pradesh), Pir Panjal (J&K): Uttarakhand's Pithoragarh and Ranikhet received fresh snowfall on December 13. Normal life got affected following the snowfall in several areas. Snow covered the entire landscape.
