നാസര്‍ ടീം ഡോക്ടറായിരുന്നപ്പോള്‍ പീഡിപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട് നിശബ്ധയാക്കപ്പെട്ട നിരവധി താരങ്ങളില്‍ ഒരാളാണ് താനെന്നും ഗാബി ഇന്‍സ്റ്റാഗ്രാമില്‍ കുറിച്ചു.20 വര്‍ഷത്തോളം അമേരിക്കന്‍ വനിതാ ജിംനാസ്റ്റിക്സ് ടീമിന്റെ ഡോക്ടറായിരുന്നു നാസ്സര്‍. 2015ലാണ് ഇയാളെ പുറത്താക്കിയത്. ഇതിനു ശേഷം നിരവധി വനിതാ താരങ്ങളാണ് കോച്ച് തങ്ങളെ പീഡനത്തിന് ഇരയാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് ആരോപിച്ച് രംഗത്തുവന്നത്. രണ്ടു തവണ ഒളിംപിക്സില്‍ മല്‍സരിച്ച ഗാബിയുടെ ടീമംഗം കൂടിയായിരുന്ന അലി റെയ്സ്മനും തന്റെ ആത്മകഥയില്‍ നാസറിനെതിരേ പീഡന ആരോപണം ഉന്നയിച്ചിരുന്നു

Gabby Douglas told Oprah Winfrey that she had a different experience than her fellow gymnasts when she used to train in Virginia—and not in a good way.
But the head of her former gymnasium in Virginia Beach and the people she trained with maintain that they have no idea what Douglas is talking about.
'Gabby's remarks were hurtful and without merit,' Excalibur Gymnastics CEO Gustavo Maure said in a statement to E! News in response to the 16-year-old's claim that she felt 'bullied and isolated from the group,' possibly because she Is black.

'We've had more African Americans in elite and on the national team than any other gym in the country (5, 2 of them in Olympic Trials or Olympic Team Camp),' Maure continued. African-American gymnast Gabby Douglas, who won a gold medal each in London Olympic individual and team gymnastic matches for the United States, has spoken about how she was racially abused by fellow gymnasts during early training sessions in Virginia.
In an interview with Oprah Winfrey, Douglas said that things went so wrong with her that she even thought about quiting the competition.
'I was just, you know, kind of getting racist jokes, kind of being isolated from the group. So, it was definitely hard. I would come home at night and just cry my eyes out,' she told Oprah Winfrey.
'One of my teammates was like, 'Could you scrape the bar?'' the New York Daily News quoted Douglas recalling, adding: 'And they were like, 'Why doesn't Gabby do it, she's our slave?''
'I was the only African-American at that gym,' Gabby went on, adding: 'I definitely felt isolated.
Why am I deserving this? Is it because I'm black? - those thoughts were going through my mind.'
According to the report, Douglas appeared on Oprah's show on Sunday with her mother, Natalie Hawkins, who recalled how her daughter told her about the cruel treatment meted out to her on several occasions.
'I'd rather quit - if I can't move and train and get another coach, I'd rather quit the sport,'' Hawkins recalled what her Gabby told to her.
