ലോകത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും നിര്‍മ്മാണ ചിലവേറിയ എംബസിയുമായി അമേരിക്ക. യുകെയിലെ തേംസ് നദിക്കരയിലാണ് ഈ അത്യാഡംബര എംബസി.ഏകദേശം 6470 കോടി രൂപ ചിലവിലാണ് 518000 ചതുരശ്ര അടി വിസ്തീര്‍ണ്ണത്തില്‍ ഈ എംബസി നിര്‍മ്മിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഏത് ആക്രമണങ്ങളെയും പ്രതിരോധിക്കാന്‍ ശേഷിയുള്ള തരത്തിലാകണ് കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ നിര്‍മ്മാണം. ഗ്ലാസ് ക്യൂബുകള്‍ കൊണ്ട് പണിത എംബസിക്ക് ചുറ്റും റീസൈക്കള്‍ഡ് വെള്ളച്ചാട്ടങ്ങളും മേല്‍ക്കൂരയില്‍ സോളാര്‍ പാനലുകളുമെല്ലാം ഉണ്ട്. ചില്ലുകൊണ്ടുള്ള നടപ്പാതകള്‍, യുഎസ് ഭരണഘടനയില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള പ്രചോദനാത്മകമായ ഉദ്ധരണികള്‍ ആലേഖനം ചെയ്ത ഗ്ലാസ് വാളുകള്‍ എല്ലാം മ്യൂസിയത്തിന് സമാനമായ ഈ കെട്ടിടത്തിന് മിഴിവേകുന്നുണ്ട്. ആകാശ പൂന്തോട്ടങ്ങളും അത്യാധുനിക വേസ്റ്റ് വാട്ടര്‍ ട്രീറ്റ്‌മെന്റ് സംവിധാനങ്ങളും കെട്ടിടത്തിലുണ്ട്. ജനുവരി 16നാണ് എംബസിയുടെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം.
