Dy DG (Ops & CS) of Indian Coast Guard,KR Suresh on May 17 said that they had restored the virtual methods for the safety of fisherman during Cyclone Tauktae. KR Suresh said, “We restored the virtual method to alert state govts, fishery dept, ports, and for getting regular MeT reports.
