Arjun Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh & Neena Gupta starrer Sardar Ka Grandson released earlier this week and has been receiving a great response from everyone. We had the pleasure of hosting the cast, along with the director Kaashvie Naie for a candid chat. With the film revolving around family system and values, we decided to take the quartet down memory lane, reminiscing times with their parents and grandparents. While Arjun revealed that Sardar's character is exactly how his Naani was, he also spoke about their influence and support with his family, especially during difficult times when his mom and dad were going through separation. Neena ji speaks about how she didn't get to spend much time with her grandparents and how her parents stood by her when she decided to keep Masaba out of wedlock from Viv Richards. Rakul speaks about her grandfather's last wish to visit his hometown Lahore which remained unfulfilled. Apart from that, all of them get emotional talking about the loss of a loved one - Arjun speaks about death of his mother and grandmother whereas Neena ji shares how she dealt with the death of her mother. All this and more in this candid interview.
