Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday asserted that his party, if voted to power in Assam, will ensure that the Citizenship Amendment Act is not implemented in the state. During his interaction with college students in Dibrugarh district's Lahowal constituency, Gandhi said BJP was selling hatred to create divisions among people, adding that there is a direct relation between hatred and unemployment.
