Despite the surge in COVID-19 cases, huge crowd witnessed at Dadar Vegetable Market in Mumbai on April 09. People were seen flouting social distancing norms at the vegetable market. Many were seen without a proper mask. Mumbai reported 8,938 new COVID-19 cases and 23 deaths on April 08.
