कन्वर्जन चार्ज वसूले जाने के विरोध में लोग निगम से नाराज
नगर निगम के खिलाफ लोग जगह-जगह पर हो रहे हैं लामबंद
लाखों रुपए में कन्वर्जन चार्ज शुल्क वसूले जाने का आरोप
स्वरूप नगर J ब्लॉक में भी बड़ी संख्या में दुकानदार इकट्ठा हुए और उन्होंने बताया कि कोरोना संकट के दौरान इतनी मंदी आई है कि आधे लोग दुकानों का किराया तक नहीं दे पाए और अपनी दुकानें बंद करनी पड़ी। कुछ लोगों ने जैसे-तैसे अपनी दुकान बनाये भी रखी तो उनसे अब नगर निगम लाखों रुपए का कन्वर्जन चार्ज मांग रहा है। इस कन्वर्जन चार्ज की मांग को ये लोग बिल्कुल नाजायज बता रहे हैं । इनका आरोप है कि कालोनियों में जब काम करवाने के लिए अधिकारियों के पास जाते हैं तो इनसे कहा जाता है कि उनकी कॉलोनी अभी निगम से जुड़ी नहीं है इसलिए वह सफाई कर्मचारी नहीं भेज सकते। उनका आरोप है कि सफाई कर्मचारी इनकी कॉलोनी में नहीं आते , कूड़े की गाड़ी निगम कॉलोनी में नहीं भेज सकता तो कन्वर्जन चार्ज लेने के लिए निगम के कर्मचारी कैसे आ जाते हैं।
निगम के कर्मचारियों पर दुकानों को सील करने का भय दिखाकर कन्वर्जन चार्ज वसूलने के आरोप लग रहे हैं। अकेले स्वरूप नगर में नहीं इसी तरह का विरोध दिल्ली के अलग-अलग गांवों में अलग-अलग कालोनियों में लगातार हो रहा है।
कई जगहों पर तो लोगों ने कन्वर्जन शुल्क नहीं देने का ऐलान कर दिया है उनका कहना है कि वह निगम के इस अभियान का जमकर विरोध करेंगे। नगर निगम के चुनाव भी नजदीक आ रहे हैं बावजूद उसके निगम द्वारा इस तरह की सख्ती बरती जा रही है कहीं ना कहीं यह कदम निगम में काबिज बीजेपी के लिए और ज्यादा नुकसान देने वाला साबित हो सकता है

आवारा अपराधी ने की अपने सहकर्मी की हत्या।
भागने से पहले पुलिस ने दबोचा
इस आवारा और मोबाइल फोन न रखने वाले हत्या के आरोपी को पकड़ने के लिए DCP आउटर नॉर्थ के निर्देश पर एक अभियान चलाया गया , इस संबंध में कई टेंट हाउसों, रेलवे स्टेशनों, बस स्टैंडों, मेट्रो स्टेशनों पर लगातार तलाशी अभियान चलाया गया और इस बात की पूरी सम्भावना थी कि आरोपी आवारा है और वह अपराध को अंजाम देने के बाद अपने मूल स्थान सिवान, बिहार भाग सकता था। मोहम्मद आलम महोला पुर बाजार थाना और डाकघर बसंत पुर जिला सीवान, बिहार का रहने वाला है इसकी उम्र-35 वर्ष है।
थाना स्वरुप नगर थाना पुलिस को सूचन मिली थी की `` कृष्णा वाटिका गली नंबर 8 भट्टा रोड स्वरूप नगर से कॉलर ने बताया की किसी ने यहां पर एक 28-30 साल के एक लड़के को मार के डाल दिया है ' PCR कॉल मिलने पर सूचना SI राम अवतार को सौंपी गई, जो मौके पर पहुंचे और पाया कि एक व्यक्ति की लाश वहां पर पड़ी थी जिसके चेहरे और सिर पर चोट के निशान थे और जिसकी पहचान राकेश पता नामालूम के रूप में हुई। गहन पूछताछ के दौरान, यह पता चला कि मृतक को आखिरी बार उसके दोस्त आलम के साथ देखा गया था, जबकि दोनों ( राकेश और आलम ) पैसे से संबंधित मामले पर बहस कर रहे थे। जांच के दौरान कृष्ण वाटिका के इस घटना स्थल पर संदिग्ध आलम मौजूद नहीं मिला।
तत्पश्चात , बृजेंद्र कुमार यादव,उपायुक्त बाहरी उत्तरी जिला के निर्देश पर एक ऑपरेशन चलाया गया और एक समर्पित टीम जिसमें इंस्पेक्टर चंद्रशेखर, SI राम अवतार,HC प्रदीप, HC मोहित, CT अनुज, Ct अनिल शामिल थे , टीम का गठन किया गया . टीम नरेश कुमार SHO स्वरूप नगर और अशोक कुमार ACP/स्वरूप नगर की देखरेख में कई स्थानों पर छापेमारी करने का काम लगातार कर रही थी.
एक गुप्त सूचना (जो टेंट मालिकों/श्रमिकों के माध्यम से मिली ) उसके आधार पर बादली मेट्रो स्टेशन में छापे मारे गए थे, बादली मेट्रो स्टेशन में अपराधी मिला जो दिल्ली छोड़ने की कोशिश कर रहा था। स्टाफ ने मुस्तैदी दिखाते हुए आरोपी को तुरंत काबू कर लिया।
लगातार पूछताछ करने पर पता चला कि वह बीती रात में मृतक राकेश के साथ वाटिका में मौजूद था। जहाँ दोनों शराब का सेवन कर रहे थे और पैसों से ज

नार्थ-वेस्ट दिल्ली के स्वरूप नगर थाना एरिया में चोरो के हौसले बुंलद है .. यहा कभी नत्थूपुरा तो कभी कुशक गाँव में लगातार चोरियां जारी है. बीती रात कुश्क नम्बर-दो में चार घरो में चोरियां हुई .. बीती रात करीब दो बजे के आसपास कुश्क गाँव में चोर घुसे और मकानों की छतो से होते हुए चार घरो में चोरियां की .. इन घरो के लोग सुबह देर तक सोये रहे और कुछ नशे की हालत में मिले उठकर देखा तो घर में चोरी हो चुकी थी . तीन घरो में कुछ हजार की ही चोरी हो पाई तो चौथा घर नीतू नाम की महिला का है जिसके घर में गहने मिलाकर लाखो की चोरी हुई है .. महिला सिलाई का काम करती है और जिन्दगी भर पाई पाई जोडकर ये पैसे इक्कठा किये और कुछ गहने थे पर चोरो ने महिला की पूरी मेहनत की कमाई एक रात में खत्म कर दी अब इस महिला का भी रो रो कर बूरा हाल है ..
फिलहाल स्वरूप नगर थाना पुलिस मामले की जांच कर रही है और अभी तक चोरो की पहचान नही हो पाई है .. पीड़ित लोगो को आसपास के लोगो पर चोरी की आशंका है साथ ही इस एरिया में चैन सेंचिंग और चोरी की घटनाए लगातार बढ़ रही है इसको लेकर स्थानिय लोग दिल्ली पुलिस से नाराज है क्योकि पिछले दिनों भी लगातार कई चोरियां हुई पर अभी तक इन चोरियों में किसी चोर को पुलिस नही पकड़ पाई है .
