-Whatever the PM says on SC/ST, the effect of that is being seen. In Chhattisgarh, the government refused to follow out the SC's directions and did not file an FIR.

-On one hand, the government says that it will not let the SC/ST Act be weakened, and on the other hand, state governments say that they will not work as per the Supreme Court's directions.

-When the Supreme Court verdict on the SC/ST Act came, Congress President Rahul Gandhi was the first to meet the President, and register a protest.
