बादली में MLA कप का आयोजन शुरू हुआ, खिलाड़ियों को टी-शर्ट आदि बांटकर खेल के प्रति किया गया प्रेरित
बादली विधानसभा में गांव व कालोनियों की प्रतिभाओं को निखारने के लिए MLA अजेश यादव द्वारा एक क्रिकेट ग्राउंड तैयार करवाया गया जिसमें बड़ी संख्या में टीमें हर वर्ष क्रिकेट का खेल खेलती है । इसके लिए क्रिकेट कोच से लेकर स्थानीय लोगों ने विधायक का धन्यवाद किया। आज यहां पर क्रिकेट टूर्नामेंट की शुरुआत की गई। ग्रीन सिटी ड्राई क्लीनर इस टूर्नामेंट के स्पॉन्सर है। पूरी दिल्ली से कई टीमें इसमें भाग लेने के लिए आई है।
यहां स्थानीय लोगों ने कहा कि कॉलोनी और गांव के बच्चों को खेलने के एक बेहतर जगह मिली है और जिससे प्रतिभाओं को निखरने का मौका मिलता है। इसमें योगदान के लिए स्थानीय लोगों ने आम आदमी पार्टी से ब्लॉक अध्यक्ष विजयपाल सोना और साथ ही AAP पदाधिकारी सुधीर अवस्थी का भी धन्यवाद किया।
विजयपाल सोना भी इस मौके पर पहुंचे और टूर्नामेंट की शुरुआत में भाग लिया।
जरूरत है इस तरह के आयोजन हर गांव व कालोनियों के आसपास होने चाहिए ताकि गरीब बच्चों को भी खेल में आगे आने का मौका मिले क्योंकि गांव देहात में कई बार प्रतिभा तो अच्छी होती है लेकिन उसे अवसर नहीं मिलता इस तरह के आयोजन से उन्हें भी अवसर मिलेगा।

बादली रेलवे स्टेशन के पास सीमेंट की ट्रेन से अनलोडिंग और उसके बाद ट्रैकों में लोडिंग से आसपास के क्षेत्र में फैला पॉल्यूशन। स्थानीय लोगों को सांस लेने में दिक्कत इस बाबत यादव नगर, लिबासपुर व बादली क्षेत्र के लोगों ने दो दिवसीय धरना शुरू किया। उनकी मांग है कि रिहायशी इलाके में इस तरह से रेलवे की लाइन के किनारे कच्ची जगह पर सीमेंट का उतरना और उन कच्ची जगहो से ट्रैकों का चलना जारी है जिससे लगातार इतनी ज्यादा धूल उड़ती है कि यहां के लोगों का जीना दुबर हो गया। इसके विरोध में लोगों ने दो दिवसीय धरना शुरू किया है।
यहां पर पहले भी लोगों ने विरोध जताया था जिसके बाद दिन में ट्रैकों का चलना बंद हो गया अब सिर्फ रात में ही सीमेंट के ट्रक लोड होकर चलते हैं। जब यह ट्रक दिन में चलते थे तो जाम लग जाता था और लोगों को बहुत ज्यादा जाम व पॉल्यूशन का सामना करना पड़ता था।
फिलहाल लोगों का कहना है कि इस सीमेंट यार्ड को यहां से बंद किया जाना चाहिए। इस बाबत भाजपा की स्थानीय पार्षद ने भी पत्राचार किया है और सांसद हंसराज हंस ने भी पत्र लिखकर अपनी लोकसभा की इस जगह पर सीमेंट न उतारने का अनुरोध किया है। सांसद ने भी आश्वासन दिया है कि बहुत जल्दी रात में भी यहां से काम बंद कर दिया जाएगा।
इस धरने में स्थानीय RWA, स्थानीय निवासी हितेश शर्मा, राहुल विशिष्ट समेत गांव के गणमान्य व्यक्ति धरने पर बैठे और उनका समर्थन करने के लिए स्थानीय पार्षद गायत्री यादव व पूर्व पार्षद व मौजूदा पार्षद प्रतिनिधि दीपक चौधरी भी पहुंचे।

DDA यहा पार्क में एक कम्युनिटी सेंटर बनाने जा रही है और स्थानीय RWA पार्क को खुला और हराभरा रखना चाहती है .. जब कम नही रुका और आधे पार्क को रोक दिया गया तो एक 2nd क्लास की छोटी बच्ची दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट पहुंची और बच्ची की याचिका में बताया गया की पार्क की ग्रीनरी खत्म की जा रही है बच्चो के लिए खेलने की जगह नही बची है .. DDA की आसपास में काफी जगह खाली है पर पार्क को खत्म किया जा रहा है तो हाई कोर्ट ने इस निर्माण पर तुरंत स्टे लगा दिया है ....
रोहिणी सेक्टर 8 f-17 ब्लॉक के हनुमान मंदिर पार्क में DDA मल्टीपर्पस कम्युनिटी सेंटर बनाने पर आमादा है जिसकी इन्हे बिलकुल जरूरत नहीं है --जैसे ही इस साइट पर सामान आना शुरू हुआ तो इलाके के महिलाओं ने इसका विरोध किया और बड़ी संख्या में महिलाएं इस पार्क में जमा हो गयी ... विरोध किया पर DDA पर कोई असर नही हुआ --स्थानी RWA का कहना है की पॉकेट आए -2 के इस पार्क में बच्चे खेलते है --लोग व्यायाम करते है --इनका डर है की यदि यहाँ कम्युनिटी सेंटर बन गया तो यहाँ लोगों की मुसीबतें बढ़ जाएंगी --लेकिन DDA उनकी बात नहीं सुन रही थी .. लोगो का आरोप है यदि यहा कम्युनिटी सेंटर बन गया तो पार्क कही नही बन सकता पर कम्युनिटी सेंटर के लिए काफी दूसरी जगह भी है ... साथ ही पार्क का तीस प्रतिशत हिस्सा पहले ही अतिक्रमण का शिकार है
