दिल्ली के बुराड़ी इलाके में जैम की समस्या से हर कोई परेशान है... सुबह शाम बुराड़ी मेन रोड पर लगने वाले जाम से छुटकारा दिलाने के लिए आज बुराड़ी इलाके में निगम द्वारा अतिक्रमण हटाने की कार्यवाही की गयी .. जिसके तहत बुराड़ी मेन रोड पर अथॉरिटी से लेकर बुराड़ी मोड़ पर बुलडोजर चलाया गया .. और दुकानों के आगे बने अवैध फुटपाथ को तोड़ा गया जिससे सड़क का चौड़ीकरण किया जा सके ... पर कही कही डेमोलेशन का विरोध भी देखने को मिला.. लोगों का कहना है की जाम से छुटकारा बुराड़ी के लिए बहुत जरूरी है पर फ़ुटपाड़ के साथ साथ सड़क के बीच में बने बिजली के खम्बे और ट्रांसफार्मर को हटाने की भी कोई व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए जिससे आने जाने वालों को चौड़ी सड़क मिले और जाम की समस्या से भी वछुट्कारा मिल सके....

निगम द्वारा पहले भी कई बार कहा गया की बुराड़ी को जाम मुक्त बताया जाएगा जिसके लोए अतिक्रमण हटाने की जरूरत है जिसपर काम शुरू करते हुए अतिक्रमण हटाया जा रहा है देक्ल्हना ये होगा की निगम इस काम कोई कितनी गंभीरता से लेता है या फिर हार बार की तरह ये महज खाना पूर्ती बन कर तो नहीं रह जयति.

दिल्ली के बुराड़ी एरिया में सुप्रीम कोर्ट की मॉनिटरिंग कमेटी के आदेश पर आज भी हुई फ्लैटों में तोड़फोड़। आज फिर बुराड़ी के शक्ति एंक्लेव के पास बहुमंजिला बनाए गए अवैध फ्लैटों को तोड़ा गया। इन फ्लैटों में रिहाइस शुरू नहीं हुई है। रिहाईस से पहले आज यहां मॉनिटरिंग कमेटी के आदेश पर नगर निगम की टीम डेमोलेशन के लिए पहुंची और इन फ्लैटों को तोड़ा। अब इन फ्लैटों को तोड़ा तो जा रहा है लेकिन ऐसा न हो तोड़ने की खानापूर्ति करके ये अधिकारी कुछ दिन बाद इधर दिखाई भी न दें। यहां बिल्डर दोबारा से इन्हीं फ्लैटों की मरम्मत करके गरीब लोगों को बेच देंगे और उसके फिर कुछ साल बाद निगम फिर डेमोलेशन करने आएगा तो सारा नुकसान आम लोगों को उठाना पड़ेगा जो यहां अपनी जिंदगी की गाढ़ी कमाई से खरीद कर प्रॉपर्टी लेते हैं। अब प्रशासन यहां डेमोलेशन तो कर रहा है लेकिन जरूरत है डेमोलेशन के बाद इस बात पर भी नजर रखें कि कोई डीलर या बिल्डर दोबारा से यहां कंस्ट्रक्शन शुरू न कर दें। गरीब लोगों को बड़े-बड़े सपने दिखा कर और न टूटने की गारंटी लेकर अपने जाल में न फंसा ले। अब दोबारा यदि कोई बिल्डर यहां पर अवैध निर्माण शुरू करता है तो जरूरत है उन पर भी सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई हो । प्रशासन हमेशा अधिकारियों और बिल्डरों को बचाकर उन लोगों को शिकार बनाता है जिन गरीब लोगों ने मकान खरीदे होते हैं या तो प्रशासन इन अवैध निर्माणों को बनाने से पहले ही रोके वरना बनने के बाद लोगों को बेघर न करके उस बिल्डर और उस वक्त के अधिकारी को सख्त सजा दिलाएं तभी जाकर यह अवैध निर्माण रुक सकते हैं।

दिल्ली के बुराड़ी क्षेत्र में बनने जा रहा है बाबा केदारनाथ दिल्ली धाम। केदारनाथ मंदिर का स्वरूप दिल्ली में तैयार किया जाएगा। इस बाबत आज बुराड़ी में मंदिर की ट्रस्ट से जुड़े लोगों की मीटिंग हुई। इसमें कई साधु संत व राजनीतिक लोगों ने भी भाग लिया। बुराड़ी क्षेत्र की इंद्रप्रस्थ कॉलोनी में वार्ड संख्या 18 के अंतर्गत यह भव्य मंदिर बनकर तैयार होगा जिसके लिए एक भक्त ने 500 गज अपनी निजी जमीन मंदिर की ट्रस्ट को दी है। यहां पर आए साधुओ व ट्रस्ट से जुड़े सदस्यों ने बताया कि दिल्ली NCR से लाखों लोग केदारनाथ में बाबा के दर्शन करने के लिए जाते हैं और जिन दिनों में ज्यादा बर्फबारी होती और मंदिर के कपाट बंद होते हैं उस दौरान लोग दर्शन नहीं कर पाते।
इसलिए दिल्ली NCR के लोग दिल्ली में ही पूरे वर्ष यहां दर्शन कर पाएंगे। किसी कारणवश जो लोग केदारनाथ धाम नहीं पहुंच पाते वे दिल्ली में ही बाबा के स्वरूप के दर्शन कर पाएंगे।
मंदिर के लिए शीला को भी केदारनाथ से लाया जाएगा और पूजा पद्धति विधि आदि भी केदारनाथ की तरह ही यहां पर अपनाई जाएगी।

आज बुराड़ी में आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में स्थानीय विधायक संजीव झा भी पहुंचे और उन्होंने इस कदम की तारीफ की। साथ ही इस मौके पर गौ सेवक व गौ कथा वाचक गोपाल मणि महाराज भी पहुंचे साथ ही और भी संत यहां पर पहुंचे जिन्होंने इस कदम की काफी सराहना की।
बुराड़ी क्षेत्र से स्वरूप नगर जाने वाली सड़क पर इंद्रप्रस्थ कॉलोनी के पास मुख्य सड़क के किनारे ही यह जगह मंदिर के लिए दी गई है जहां पर बाबा केदारनाथ का भव्य मंदिर बनकर तैयार होगा।

बुराड़ी बाईपास पर मिनी बसों के ड्राइवरो ने लगाया जाम। बुराड़ी बाईपास से बुराड़ी की तरफ जाने वाली सड़क पर एक घंटे से ज्यादा वक्त तक लगा लंबा जाम। रोडवेज के नए कानून के विरोध में ड्राइवरो ने लगाया जाम।
ज्यादा देर तक जाम में फंसी सवारियो ने भी जताया ऐतराज। सवारियो का कहना है कि जाम के अलावा दूसरे तरीके से करें विरोध। जाम लगाकर दूसरों को परेशान करना उचित नहीं। ड्राइवरो ने कहा कि जब तक इस नए कानून को वापस नहीं लिया जाएगा वे बस नहीं चलाएंगे। काफी देर मशक्कत के बाद पुलिस ने जाम को खुलवाया।
फिलहाल दोपहर को 1:00 बजे पुलिस ने जाम खुलवा दिया है लेकिन फिर भी गाड़ियां रेंग रेंग कर चल रही है।

बुराड़ी विधानसभा में आज दिल्ली नगर निगम की डेमोलेशन ड्राइव चलाई गई। डेमोलेशन कि यह ड्राइव शक्ति एंक्लेव और झरोदा वार्ड के एरिया में चली। यहा आज कई बहुमंजिला मकानों पर MCD का पीला पंजा चलाया गया... बुराड़ी में जगह-जगह पर बहु मंजिला अवैध निर्माण जारी है बुरारी एरिया में यमुना किनारे बहुमंजिला इमारतें खतरनाक है... जिसमे सुनील कॉलोनी, कौशिक एन्क्लेव जैसी कॉलोनियां खेती की जमीन पर अवैध तरीके से लगातार बसाई जा रही है... इस तरह की कॉलोनी में सभी नियमों को ताक पर रख कर ज़मीन पर हरियाली हटा कर सरिये और ईट का जाल बिछाया जा रहा है ... बुराड़ी में चार से पांच मंजिल तक खतरनाक तरीके से रेतीली जमीन पर बिल्डिंगे बनाई जा रही है जो कभी भी बड़े हादसे ला कारण बन सकती है .

बुराड़ी विधानसभा के केशव नगर क्षेत्र में DDA द्वारा किया गया डेमोलेशन
बुराड़ी क्षेत्र के की केशव नगर कॉलोनी में आज सोमवार को DDA के अधिकारी JCB मशीनें लेकर पहुंचे और कई निर्माणाधीन मकानों व सड़कों का डेमोलेशन किया। डेमोलेशन के दौरान मकान बनाने वाले गरीब लोग व परिवार की महिलाएं रो रही थी। उनका कहना था कि जीवन भर की जमा पूंजी लगाकर उन्होंने कुछ वर्ष पहले यहां बनाई गई इन कालोनियों में एक छोटा सा मकान बनाया था और उस मकान को DDA द्वारा गिरा दिया गया। साथ ही स्थानीय लोग प्रशासन पर सवाल खड़े कर रहे थे कि जब यहां प्रॉपर्टी डीलर इस कॉलोनी को बसा रहे थे तब प्रशासन ने नहीं रोका और जब गरीबों ने मकान बना लिए तब प्रशासन यहां डेमोलेशन करने आ गया। साथ ही लोगों का कहना है कि किसी भी तरह का आर्डर या नोटिस इन्हें नहीं दिखाया गया। अधिकारी पुलिस बल को साथ लेकर उनके घरों को गिरा रहे हैं। जब इस बाबत मीडिया द्वारा अधिकारियों से पूछा गया तो अधिकारी भी संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दे पाए और ना ही मीडिया को ऑर्डर की कॉपी अधिकारी भी दिखा पाए।
इस तरह से कई निर्माणाधीन मकानों को तोड़ा गया जिनमें से कई मकान तो तीन मंजिल तक बनकर तैयार हो गए थे और उनके आसपास की सड़कों को भी जेसीबी मशीनों द्वारा प्रशासन ने उखाड़ दिया।

फिलहाल बुराड़ी की प्रधान एन्क्लेव में यमुना किनारे अवैध कॉलोनी बसाने की तैयारियां चल रही है वहां प्रशासन नहीं रोक रहा है लेकिन वहां भी जब गरीब लोग मकान बना लेंगे तब प्रशासन जरूर डेमोलेशन करने पहुंच जाएगा
