Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, sister of Congress President Rahul Gandhi who has been campaigning for her mother and Congress President Sonia Gandhi in Raebareli said on Wednesday took an indirect dig at BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi over the issue of women empowerment.
